EMS Reports, Bills and Fire Reports

EMS Bills and Reports

• The ambulance bills are handled by the Ambulance billing department at our headquarters building located at 700 N. High School Rd.
• Ambulance runs currently have fixed fees for ALS and BLS transports. In order to obtain an EMS reports please contact the billing office staff at 317-247-8501 for further information.

 

Fire Reports

All Fire Reports are free and may be picked up at our headquarters building located at 700 N. High School Rd.   Fire reports can also be mailed or faxed if the recipient sends in a request form. If the fire incident is still under investigation, the report cannot be obtained.
